· When it coms to showcasing your portfolio, there are a few things to consider:
- What kind of piece do you want to showcase?
- What document do you need to do?
- Is the level playable?
2. Environment
· You can build it in any game engine.
· This is not a playable level.
· Therefore there are 0 gameplay elements.
· Main goal is to foucus on the visuals.
· Best way to represent is by either screenshots or a fly-through video.
3. Level
· Requires the player to interact with the composition / gameplay elements.
· It’s a playable map.
· Has to be optimized.
· Showcase your experience in guiding the player through a level with composition elements.
